2018年1月新班,6/12 晚上10時於 www.leboulechef.com 公開報名。請於網站查看報名注意事項。
應同學要求,一月底會開一班明太子羊肚菌蘿蔔糕($450),上課每人會有一條製成品;另外古法年糕(示範,$250)亦會加開一班,古法製作,特別煙韌。(特別課程,網頁上未有資料。)
